This is an insurance agency and it is 100% commission based income!
Their real company name is American Income Life - Crisp Agency. They do have a glassdoor under their actual company name. I would highly recommend you do your research before wasting your time in their "interview". I hope this helps someone out there looking for an actual paying job.
