Its very simple. He asks you questions about the job he needs filled and if you have experience handling the situations that come up at the open position. He asks about past work. All along he is assessing you too. Then he makes you fill out some background paperwork and if he likes you and you pass the background check he hires you the next day. he is very fair about the whole process!
