The interview process is not professional at all, as two interviewers do not even have the candidates' resumes. The working experience is not very good, as the building is old.
Not organized at all, the whole process can last more than a year with a lot of different tasks/tests, and they did reference checks before giving offers. Won't give any feedbacks or responses until you follow up.
