Interview
On Campus Interview -> Invited to superday in office. 5 interviews with members of the team. Then lunch with some associates. I found most people to be really nice, but the interview with the CEO was strange. Overall pretty standard behavioral interviews, but 5 back to back is draining.
Afterwards, no communication unitl my rejection. Industry is a little questionable. They manage companies' product liabilities. ie: asbestos lawsuits. Pay seems fine, but seems to me like a glorified SQL job.

They recruited form my university, I did two personal interviews and one super day at the office in DC. There I interviewed with 5 of the top executives, each room there were different topics and questions. I was expected to ask a lot of questions to the interviewer.

Interview
I went through both rounds of interviews. The first round was super easy, make sure to be able to talk about your interests/hobbies (they care about that). The second round was 4 thirty minute interviews with each head of department & the owner. (They usually do 5 thirty minutes, but they had scheduling issues). I thought I did really well in it but that didn't matter to them. Make sure to do research on all of the heads. One of the other candidates was told by the owner that he was going to get the job but he was rejected, so take everything with a grain of salt. In the rejection email, all they said was that the job was too competitive. It felt like they just wasted 4 hours of my day to an internal hire candidate which is super frustrating. I usually don't get upset about rejections but this place made it feel personal because we had spent such a long time at the office. They had a couple of brainteasers/technical questions, one was a critical thinking question, one was about SQL and joining tables together, and another was about what you would do in a certain business situation. They do not do case interviews. One of the heads was not personable to talk to, I felt like she didn't listen to what I was saying. The interview with the owner was a bit strange, it felt like he kept interrupting me but he cares a lot about special interests/hobbies. Also be prepared to ask a bunch of questions for these heads. The break did not feel like a break, instead they had consultants in the room along with HR so you could talk to and ask a bunch of questions, so be prepared for that as well. Honestly, lunch was the best part about the whole interview because it felt like the most relaxing part where we just had a casual conversation with the consultants. It seems like everyone loves working there. When you get to the second round, I recommend connecting with the other candidates on Linkedin.
