Applied online and was invited for an interview two months later.
Panel of 10 members (department heads) with a chairman steering the interview process. The questions were mostly related to research process, methodologies, statistical analysis, behavioral questions on teamwork and a question on current affairs.
Four months later they got back to me with a regret.

Needs you to prepare adequately on policy matters, and current affairs and be aware of quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Read a lot about Public Policy and Analysis. Be good in communication
