Very thorough and concise. Interview was well thought out and well planned. The interview lasted 30 minutes with various questions pertaining to my work history and future goals. There was also a very interesting history of the company and future plans for growth.

You go through one interview with their two main recruiters. If they feel you are a fit you immediately get moved onto the owner of the company. You meet him face to face and if he likes you, he will hire you on the spot.
