Kantar Interview Questions

There is take home qualitative case that requires you to do research and powerpoint slides, a quantitative case that is given on the spot (you have approx 45 mins to solve it), and the usual interview type of questions.

Several rounds are in place. The first one is online and the two following ones are in person. The first with HR and the following ones with the Hiring Manager and people from the department you will work for.

there were multiple interviews. Technical & final HR interview. The process went smooth. Though you need to follow up with the recruiter many times before your next interviews are scheduled.

Slow and poor communication, management move meetings last minute and do not provide constructive feedback. The interview process lacked structure and felt it was uncomfortable and didn’t feel calm like it was a two way conversation

It was great to talk to everyone involved in the process, the transparency was incredible. The conversation focuses on the role and the challenges, not one of those processes where time is wasted on challenges that have nothing to do with day-to-day responsibilities.

3 Step process. Hiring Manager Interview Project or Task Interview (Panel) Meet the team Interview (Panel) The first step was a normal competency based interview with the hiring manager to understand more about your experience ans whether the role is the right fit for you. Second was a task. I was tasked with researching what marketing effort had been put behind a specific product and to evaluate what more could have been done or what I would improve. Third was a panel interview with two more stakeholders with more competency based questions.

It was a group of 12 people, we were seperated to small groups. Everything was very organized, we were discussed by using a real case in industries, very interesting, very useful discussion

Looked like the interviewers were lasted interested in the interview, they had bad internet they took this interview while they were travelling so could not hear much but some how managed

It well pretty well. Management was very welcoming and supportive. Also interviewer was very welcoming and he was knowledgeable person. I Like the overall vibe of the kantar. I wish them very good luck for future.

The whole process was quick (within a month) and fair, but the final result was not released on time(they said tey will provide feedback after a week), and did not reply to my email asking for feedback. :)
