It was great to talk to everyone involved in the process, the transparency was incredible. The conversation focuses on the role and the challenges, not one of those processes where time is wasted on challenges that have nothing to do with day-to-day responsibilities.
- How would you act in certain situations? What is your team dynamic like? How do you help the team understand quality aspects?

3 Step process. Hiring Manager Interview Project or Task Interview (Panel) Meet the team Interview (Panel) The first step was a normal competency based interview with the hiring manager to understand more about your experience ans whether the role is the right fit for you. Second was a task. I was tasked with researching what marketing effort had been put behind a specific product and to evaluate what more could have been done or what I would improve. Third was a panel interview with two more stakeholders with more competency based questions.
- Regular competency based questions, for example: Give me an example of a time that you dealt with push back/a difficult stakeholder How do you measure success? How do you split your time between teams? Tell me about a piece of work you're proud of That kind of stuff.
