      Procurement and Analytics Analyst Interview

      9 Mar 2011
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kearney (New York, NY) in Mar 2011

      Interview

Applied through the website and heard back about a month later. Went through an initial screening interview, which consisted of a resume discussion and some behavioral stuff. The second round interview was 2 case interview questions. The first question was a sizing problem: How many airplanes fly out of O'Hare in a given day? The second was a case study dealing with potentially expanding Red Box from to another food market chain in which you had to evaluate potential revenues and costs.

      Procurement and Analytics Analyst Interview

      27 Jan 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kearney in Jan 2012

      Interview

First round was a phone interview by an analyst, had a market sizing question and some behavioral questions. Second round was another phone interview by a senior analyst, same market sizing and behavior questions. Final round took place in the Chicago office, with 3 different interviews with Senior analysts and managers for about 1 hr each. One of the interviews has the interviewer trying to give you a hard time and being cold to see how you react to potential clients that come your way. The other is a friendly interview that explains your role. The third is the longest, with numerous scenario questions as well as a market sizing question. The day ends with a 3 hour MS Access test.
