Keensight Capital interview questions

Having submitted an application for a role at Keensight Capital advertised by their recruiter Alex Partners (AP) on LinkedIn, I was contacted by a Partner at AP to discuss the role and my experience. The initial call was 30 minutes long and at the end of it the partner in question said they wanted to progress with my application to the next stage which would be an initial conversation with a member of senior management at Keensight Capital which had contracted AP to fill the role. She said she would set this up in the next couple of days. This Partner at Alex Partners then effectively ghosted me. I chased up my application via phone and email with no response. I am a seasoned professional with 8+ years’ experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and the role we were discussing was of senior manager level. I was therefore disgusted by the lack of professionalism exhibited by Alex Partners and by extension Keensight Capital. I work in recruitment, and I wouldn’t treat a graduate with no experience with the carelessness I have experienced when applying for Keensight Capital.
