Interview
The interview process at Kevit Technologies for the Jr. Software Development Engineer role was well-structured and consisted of five main stages. It began with a resume screening based on academic performance and project experience, followed by a pre-placement talk where the company explained their work culture, tech stack (MERN, Python, .NET), and job roles. The first actual evaluation was an aptitude test that included questions on logical reasoning, basic math, and programming MCQs. After that, the technical round included 2–3 coding problems focusing on data structures and algorithms such as arrays, strings, hash maps, and prefix sums. Candidates were expected to write optimized and clean code. The final round was an HR interview, where they asked about the candidate’s background, projects, communication skills, willingness to relocate, internship expectations, and long-term goals. Overall, the process focused equally on technical knowledge and personal fit within the company.
