Upon arrival the office was stunning. Interview was 2 hours long with one of the owners and a recently employed recruitment consultant and . Was a bit strange felt like a psychological evaluation, be prepared that the questions are designed to see who you truly are. I also had the task of creating a few minutes long presentation on how id sell something, they leave the room and youre given a bit of time to create a plan based off some pointers they give you on a paper. Was mentally burnt out by the end however I think with this type of job its important to be someone who has a sales mindset and knows well how to deal with people and handle conversations.
