easy, you just have to submit an audition video of you doing the opening affirmation. And after that they give you a call back and then tell you more steps
Straight forward, be a genuine energetic person and be energetic. They want someone to hype up the kids. Don’t apply if you don’t want to be jumping up and down- it ends up being fun.

Interview
I completed a short video of their Affirmations, cool concept. There was also an online/over the phone interview and then I met coaching staff in person and observed a few classes on site.

Generally about my comfort working with kids aged walking - 11 years old and about my availability. Seemed more like conversation to assess overall culture fit.
