Applied online, and got through to the interview with the general manager and deputy manager. Both were really nice people and easy going- not too difficult. Took a total of 2 weeks until start.

Stress-free, friendly, just a few questions about experience and about yourself. then gave my bank details and id, and started after a few days, straight into work. they do expect an understandable level of english, for easier communication.
