I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kimley-Horn (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process began by speaking with a recruiter at my school's career fair. Someone from Human Resources reached out a couple weeks later and called to further discuss my experience and interests, which is what lead to a formal interview being set up at the local office. The interview was scheduled about one week later and involved 3 rounds of meetings. Two team members would come in to ask questions and each group stayed for about half an hour until the next two came in. Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. Questions were fairly standard and mainly focused on whether or not I had interest and motivation to work for them.
