I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kimley-Horn (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
Pretty chill. Got coffee with interviewers at a nearby cafe, chatted about ourselves. Then went to interview with a senior member, a newer hire and one in the middle. It was fairly straightforward - they asked me questions about my resume and my experience in my prior work, as well as my classes and my involvement in extracurriculars.

Question 1
If you were given tasks from 3 different project managers at the same time with the same urgency/deadline, how would you come to a solution?
Super quick initial call that lasted about 30 mins mainly talking about logistics with some basic question and some questions pertaining to things on my resume
Recruiter was really nice and did most of the talking.
The interviewer was super easy to talk to. There were no technical questions, they hire solely based on your attitude to learn and how much research you did on the company
2-hour interview comprised of "mini" interviews with different groups, focused on different areas of work. Detailed questions about previous work, communication skills, and business development. Mostly "tell me about a time when" and "what was your role in x job" questions
