If you pass the interview, next time you are asked to be present on site so that you can meet the team and the working environment. You will be given some simple electrical questions regarding how to calculate range of EV, calculate the sum of a type of battery module, as well as peak output power.
Regarding mechanical in a CAD software or maybe sketch you might be given to design something simple or medium difficulty such as clipping mechanism of an enclosure for batteries or clamping mechanism for a hood.
