Kingston Educational Institute interview questions

Interview was in three phase. 1. Submission of CV. 2. Demo Lecture. 3. HR Round. After submission of CV the shortlisted candidate is asked to deliver a demo lecture in front of students and faculty members. After your lecture there is a Q&A session where question may be asked by fellow faculty members and if students are willing, then from students. After this there is an HR round of which I am still waiting.

Informal. They offer less. HR interaction is good. Gesture okay. Final round held on the campus. Don't know about the work culture. They asked easy questions. Overall okay. Need to work more. But they pay less.
