Very nice interviews with the owners of the company. Also met and interviewed with a number of team members. Small, very professional company. I would like to have received a job offer. However, the company made a strategic decision to go in a different direction, and instead hired a couple of less experienced professionals at lower salary, who then reported to a new VP of logistics. Given their initiative to improve and update certain processes, it was a wise choice and I understood.
