A very pleasant process. Once my CV was sent to one of the staff in charge, I was invited to an interview asking me about what I felt like I could gain from the job, my working hours, and if this was something I wanted to do full time. Nice and easy and very relaxed interview I didn't feel I needed to overprepare for.
