Pretty straight forward as I went through an independent recruiter who was tasked at finding the right person as it was the first time they had this type of role in the NZ Office.
First was the hiring manager interview, followed by NZ General Manager and then 2 peers from SLT team interview

The interview was online during work hours with around three senior people. It was only one interview with light tech and behavioral questions. After that interview I received an offer.

The interview was with a thorough panel of 3 Senior Leaders - each with a different focus, solid questions, good info about role and organisation. The interview was remote as a result of Covid, but was comfortable and flowed well. A quick response followed.
