I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna (Helsinki, Southern Finland)
Interview
Applied online, took the logical test and was invited for the interview. Interview as such was ok, but something is wrong either with selection criteria or the role itself: the small office in Finland is continuously applying the same role, so obviously no one is good enough or the role is not wisely built and thus no one wants it. Keeping the role open month after month gives the industry and candidates a weird message.

I interviewed at Klarna (Shanghai, Shanghai)
Interview
They are all very nice people. During the communication process, you should fully demonstrate your control over the customer and understand the stakeholders. You should be a consultant, not a salesperson.
The first stage was a telephone screening call with a recruiter, followed by a commercial pitch task, an interview with the team lead. A team fit interview with a peer and finally a logic test.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Klarna (Sydney) in Apr 2021
Interview
This was the worst interview process I have ever experienced. 4 interviews, a test, and a presentation in, the interviewer talked about the next person I would meet in the 5th round during the interviewt, so I was very sure I'd be progressing. Then they went complete cold for over a week. When I finally got some contact from them I was told I didn't get the job, the only explaination given was they didn't think I could work in a fast-pased environment, despite the fact all of my previous experience was in large-scale FMCG buinesses delivering growth. It seemed like they were treading carefully in what they were saying and I have suspiscions it had something to do with my enquiry regarding flexibility to support family life.
