1. Resume scanning
2. Test with 18 questions within 15 minutes: identifying the pattern and choose the correct object to fill in the sequence
3. Didn't hear anything from them after a confirmation email that I've done the test

The test was more difficult than those I've done with other companies, I think I gave two random answers as I couldn't finish it on time. It's been two weeks and I didn't hear anything from them so I think I've failed it. But well, at least sending an automatic email showing the test result and the decision shouldn't be too much to ask since they're a tech company. They just chose not to.

eg. What is the most complicated campaign you set up?
Took a long time to complete all the steps (3 months and met 5 different people ). It was a combination of personal interviews and tests, both related to the role and to logical thinking. Overall, I would say it was a smoooth process.
