Good Process and seems like they really want to invest on their employees at least based on the length and investment of the requirement process. The process has 4 phases including 3 interviews.
After sending in my CV, I was then sent a generated email to take a logic test.
Not surprisingly I did not pass & was actually shocked that a company like Klaran hires staff this way.
It seems old fashioned, discriminatory & competely baffled me - are there just clones of people working for Klarna?
Regardless of me not passing the test, this system is so wrong and does not showcase anyone’s talent, humility or work ethic.
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Klarna (Stockholm, Stockholm)
Interview
There was a logic test which seemed a bit strange for the nature of the role. It involved recognizing patters in a series of dots. I completed the test quickly and easily, with what I believe was a good score. I was asked to do an online interview which was four questions and relatively simple. It went well. The process was very long and the recruiting department wasn't very communicative. I politely followed up twice, only to learn they had decided to hire an internal candidate, after two months of waiting. Shortly thereafter I was offered another job with a different company which I accepted, so I have not reapplied at Klarna.
