I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna in Nov 2021
Interview
I was contacted by their recruiter through LinkedIn regarding a role. I then went through an initial chat with the recruiter, a logical reasoning test, a case interview, an interview focused on their leadership principles and then an interview with the team. I did not receive the job description from the get go - until right before the interview with the team - when it became obvious that my profile is not what they are looking for, which they also wrote in their feedback when I got a rejection. Overall everyone was quite friendly, but the experience ended up being a waste of time as they should have realised that there was a misfit between my skills and the role before even reaching out and definitely before that many rounds of interviews. So the process seemed very amateur-like and they need to have a better communication between the recruiters and the teams about what they actually need.

Question 1
- Give an example of a time you got frustrated with a customer and how you dealt with it
First round was a casual phone interview.
Then some easy SQL coding tasks.
Last round was a meeting with team members and I didn't go.
The process was slow, took almost three months and I got another offer during the waiting.
Comfortable in general.
