Interview
There is an initial phone interview with HR that last about 20 minutes. Expect to discuss your history and emphasize why you would be a good fit.
The next step will include an abstract reasoning test. You will be monitored over a video call. This timed test takes roughly 20 minutes. If you do not pass you will not move on to the next stage.
The next interview is with the lead within your particular department. Expect a full interview 45 minutes to an hour. A follow up interview is possible.
it was quick and very general just asked about previous work experiences and general traits. They also explained more info about the role including office location and which team and asked if i had preferences.

Interview
After applying i received the email to do the test, i took it and i thought i didn’t pass because I didn’t get any message for 2 months. The HR emailed me for an interview and i had to take the test again this time while she watched. She told me immediately i had passed and then I had two more interviews:
-one with my future team lead, it was more about my CV and how would i fit in Klarna
-last one was about the values, it was more like a talk with a friend. Few questions here and there and explained the position more.
