I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Klarna (New York, NY) in Jan 2021
Interview
Overall a bit difficult outside of the typical interview questions. Asked a lot of quantitative hypotheticals, which helps if you really study their business model. other than that, standard questions on past experience were asked.

Question 1
Based on your understanding of Klarna marketing practices, what would be a good retention strategy?
Pretty standard. The classic questions are asked of why we should hire you, what you can contribute to the company, why you are interested in working in the company and developing the position to which you are applying. The interviewer is very friendly and makes the interview unfold more like a conversation than a questionnaire, which makes the experience more enjoyable.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Klarna
Interview
Applied online in July and was sent the logical reasoning test which I completed. Had no reply and after 2 months I got a rejection email for a different position (B2B Marketing Manager) than the one I applied for (Marketing Assistant). You can at least show some respect for the time and effort we put into applying, writing a cover letter and completing the logical reasoning tests. Also the rejection email came from a no -reply account (of course) and thus I could not email them back to ask them why I got rejected for a job I did not even apply to. Thanks for nothing!
