Quick and transparent, the process was completed within a month. Normal logic tests and personality tests plus two interview rounds. The Expectations were set clear from the beginning and everything done online

Interview

A first informal chat with HR to get to know you and overview of past experiences
A test for logical thinking ability composed of 18 questions
A behavioural interview, which is intended to test your skills and how you would manage daily problems at your job
A reference check
A meeting with the team manager to deep dive into the position details
