I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Knights Inn (Palm Springs, CA) in Aug 2018

Interview

Quick and basic interview (<5 minutes). Asked for personal history in customer service and hotel experience. Given a tour of the hotel grounds and main duties as well as an introduction to some of the crew and cleaning staff.

Very easy. Asked couple questions about myself and when I could start. Also asked if i knew anyone else that needed a job. I was hired And started the following day. The following day my friend started as well.
