Interview experience with Koantek was challenging yet fair. 1st round was technical coding round and it challenged me with mid to complicated level Python and SQL questions, testing my problem-solving abilities. The 2nd technical round delved into my ongoing projects, where I discussed Python, SQL, and Spark. Finally The HR discussion was a valuable part of the process, giving insights into the company culture and values. I found the entire onboarding process to be smooth and well-coordinated.

Interview process was good overall. Asked about the current project, internals, optimisation techniques. It was primarly spark and databricks focused with scenario based questions. Also some questions around SQL and Data modelling.
