Interview
Group interview. All but two of us were hired for the holiday season (10 people total). Most of the interview was an overview of the company, introduction to management, job specifications and expectations. Short personality quiz was taken as well. Also went through sales and customer service role-plays to get a sense of what our job would entail.
Pretty good, for seasonal. They asked basic questions. But also be sure to have questions of your own. Do research of the company before hand is always a good rule of thumb.
I had a Phone interview and was hired on the spot. Super relaxed interview process. No drug testing, but i think that’s normal for retail not to drug test. Started almost a week later.

A video call interview through zoom that lasts roughly 15 minutes, and then a decision within 3 to 4 business days. This was for a seasonal position for the Christmas rush, so the process might be difficult for a long term position.
