Interview
It was a group interview, where you sat with at least 5 others and had to answer questions, then after they called you in one on one and had to answer more. It wasn't that bad.
The interview was decently formal. There wasn't a time I felt uncomfortable or un easy. I thought the process was very smooth. They did ask a decent amount of STAR questions and also a little bit about my background.

Interview
Asked basic questions about previous job experience, expectations for the job, transportation, and availability. Mostly just had a conversation about the job, selling jewelry, and the environment of working in Kohl's.
