Interview
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Kohl's in April 2017.
Interview:
I arrived about 10-15 minutes before I was supposed to get there, and I went to customer service and told them my name and that I had scheduled an interview and they told me to sit in the chair and wait.
I waited for 3-5 min. The manager invited me to conference room and she asked me several questions . She was very nice.

Short but still good experience to have for a beginner in interviewing. There are a lot of people to meet so that you can make your skills of speaking up to par.
Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.

Question 1
What would you do if you encountered an upset customer?
A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
