I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kohl's
Interview
I applied via SnagAJob and in May I was called in for an interview. I practiced all my answers well ahead of time using this site. I was surprised that it was a 1-on-1, but happy that I didn't have that added stress. I was told I'd either get a call if I got the job or a letter if I did not. I never heard back or got a letter and figured I just didn't get it. To my surprise, 2 months later I was called in for a background and reference check and a week after that I was offered the job

Question 1
Easy questions. Why Kohl's? Would you sell credit cards? How do you handle arguments with a coworker? Etc
I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Austin, TX)
Interview
I had a remotely easy interview process that went pretty quick. They asked the average questions, but the pay was not the best so I did not go with them.

Question 1
Can you name a time you had to show good teamwork?
scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

Question 1
They asked me to be available for a zoom call at a specified time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Fort Smith, AR) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
