Interview
It was pretty informal. I was called in for an interview and we did it in a separate room behind the office. The manager who hired me was very peppy and upbeat. She had me fill out some paperwork and than the interviewing process began. She asked me why I wanted the job, about my different work experiences, and just the normal questions. At the end she hired me on the spot and told me she would call me when training would start.

Group interview in conference room of the store. Very calm atmosphere with two of the managers and easy questions . About Kohl's history and past experience with customer service. They went around the room and everyone took turns answering and told us asked the people who passed the interview to stay afterwards.
