I applied online and got an interview within a week. After an hour of waiting I was called back. The manager just ranted about how important the Kohls card is and only asked about my availability and if I worked anywhere that had a store credit or debit card. There was no questions or anything to get to know me, it was just ranting about the Kohls card. I was offered a position I didn't apply for, and anytime I tried to speak I was talked over. So I just smiled and nodded the rest of the interview. I declined the offer a few days later because I felt uncomfortable by the manager and was hired for something I didn't agree to/had no say in. It also didn't seem like the best environment ( I heard 2 employees making fun of/joking about another employee as I was waiting for my interview)

Question 1
I wasn't asked anything except what my availability was and if I worked somewhere that had a store card. When I said yes, I was asked how I got people to apply for it and if I was good at it.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
