I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kohl's (Alhambra, CA) in Jul 2018
Interview
I got an email asking to schedule an interview. I arrived and had a brief interview where I was asked all the usual questions. I had prepared beforehand somewhat so it was easier than most interviews because of that. I was really early and the interview started early which was also a first and also made me more relaxed than usual. my interviewer was especially pleasant though (I am currently working there and learned she's by far everyone's favorite manager, but I digress). I was hired on the spot during the first interview and the next step was to schedule orientation via email .

Question 1
Talk about a time I showed great customer service when a customer was unhappy.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
