      Interview

Interview with Regional LP Manager, Interview with Territory LP and will interview with District Manager at some point. If you do not interview with the DM then you are going to have some work ahead of you.

      Loss Prevention District Manager Interview

      7 Nov 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Mantua, NJ
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kohl's (Mantua, NJ) in Nov 2023

      Interview

Robotic Star method approach. Very deceiving recruitment process. I applied for the DLPM role which on the application stated overseeing 15 stores however, during the initial interview with the recuiter who was unprofessional laughing after my answers told me this role oversees 34+ stores within 2 districs and 3 states. Seems like they are trying to sucker a candidate into this position to do double the work of 2 DLPM's. Salary was also only $80,000 to 120,000 seems very low for someone taking on 2 districts and a high level position. No wonder salary is not posted in the job application.

Tell me how you would communicate with all stores if your not able to travle to them daily?

      District Loss Prevention Manager Interview

      14 Apr 2011
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer

      Average interview

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kohl's in Mar 2011

      Interview

I was contacted by the RLPD about the opening. Interviewed the following week. If you are an outside hire look out. They are only talking to you to interview a set number of people before they promote someone. Kohls will not hire talent and will not pay for talent. Most of the RLPD have been promoted and are scare of anyone who is talented. I have interviewed with 3 different RLPD's and they all have passed and promoted someone else instead of hiring me from the outside. Funny thing is all 3 of the District Managers told me sorry and they wanted me as thier DLPM. I would not waste your time if you think you have any talent at all.
