Interview
There were two total interviews and overall it was a very fluid process. The first was conducted with two people from the talent acquisition department and the other was with a local district manager.
Very easy interview process involving potentially two conversations, one with a store manager and another with the district manager allowing both to get a feel of what you are looking for in a management role.
This was a normal and easy interview with typical questions: tell me about yourself, difficult time, communication, delegating tasks, etc. Very kind and personable interviewer which made the process fly by!

Was asked basic questions about how I interact with people and what my reaction would be to certain situations. overall it was an easy interview and I feel like anyone with a bubbly personality could do well
