Extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I met with a recruiter at a my university career fair. I told them I was interested in a certain department, and the recruiter told me they'd set me up for an interview. A few days later I received an email inviting me to interview for something completely different, but I assumed the recruiter knew better than I did, so I went along with it. During the interview, the person interviewing me spent the entire 45 minutes explaining how unqualified I was and it was completely humiliating. About a year later, I was contacted by a recruiter for a different position inviting me to apply. I applied, and then received two emails: one rejecting me and one inviting me to interview. I was then ghosted after I gave them my availability. A couple weeks later a different recruiter reached out to set up an interview me again.
