Submitted application and recieved interview next day. Phone interview with only 2 questions, and instantly told results on the phone. Recieved official offer that day. Interview was laid back and quick.

What is your prior work experience?
Why do you want to work at Kohls?
Short but still good experience to have for a beginner in interviewing. There are a lot of people to meet so that you can make your skills of speaking up to par.
Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.

What would you do if you encountered an upset customer?
A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
