I applied online and they called me in for an interview about a week later. It was a group interview. They brought us in, told us some info about the place, and then asked questions for whomever wanted to answer. Then, they asked us each individually what position we wanted to work (Men's, Womens, etc.).

Q: Describe one time you gave great customer service
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm
It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
