After submitting my resume, I was given a quick phone interview. Then I was asked to fill out an application on line and had a face to face interview. I then had 2 online tests/surveys. One was a personality test and the other could best be described as management style. The interviews were standard fare with some emphasis by the interviewer on what the job was like , especially the hours.
