I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Korn Ferry (Manchester, England)
Interview
Was approached directly through LinkedIn and had a scheduled a call for an initial conversation for the next day.
The recruiter called me almost 10 minutes late, with no apology (lack of professionalism and definitely doesn't set a good first impression of the recruiter as well as Korn Ferry). Telephone call seemed extremely rushed, and was told I would be sent further information regarding the roles the recruiter was considering me for, recruiter took my email address and never sent any details.
In general a very bad first experience and puts me off considering opportunities at Korn Ferry in the future!
Felt like the interviewer was busy and didn't want to be there.
Told me they have a strict budget for this role (very low and pretty unliveable) - if there is a strict budget why is this not added to the job ad, it wastes both the interviewer and interviewee's time.
Told me they would get back to me and never did.

It was a great experience. The briefing was very thorough, and they were very professional, they have asked your experience, including specific examples and a time you faced failure? What did you learn from that experience?
