I had like 5 different interviews, and a language test. also I did some on line assessments. the process was very long, took like 4 months. each interview lasted at least 1 hour. one of them was 90 minutes.

I was ghosted after two interviews with the recruiting team which was surprising since this is a human capital consulting firm. Everyone I've met from Korn Ferry has been great, but was a bit disappointed that the process was not more formalized or communicated.
