Interview was scheduled but after 15 minutes of waiting for the Consultant based in Frankfurt, I dropped him a check-in email whether the interview was going to happen eventually, so he called me after 25 of delay. He was not prepared of my CV at all. He wanted to switch languages despite the JD not mentioning anything about a must of another language, which I highlighted to him. He advised me to apply for another role which is based in another country, the previous location of mine. I explained to him that I have been living elsewhere, so if he would have checked my CV at all, he should have known this. He clearly did not. Then he asked another question asking where I was located, so he did not pay any attention to my previous answers on my base. Lack of professionalism , lack of interest and just a bad attitude. This was clearly one of the worst and most incompetent conversation I've ever had with a Recruiter. I would have expected a bit more from Korn Ferry.

Felt like the interviewer was busy and didn't want to be there. Told me they have a strict budget for this role (very low and pretty unliveable) - if there is a strict budget why is this not added to the job ad, it wastes both the interviewer and interviewee's time. Told me they would get back to me and never did.
