They take candidate details and share some company details too fixing initial discussions is quick. But role evaluation wrt necessary requirement, communication and followups can be done better. The f2f discusion schedule takes longer than expected time. They need to try better interview approach techniques, process and profile evaluation, as same pointers get carry forward in future discussions. They can proceed without some details too rather than complicating process.

Very transparent. The relevant hiring managers had obviously discussed amongst themselves. Each interview was not a repeat of the last, but built. I got the sense they were all singing from the same song-sheet.
