Very friendly and straight forward. She asked typical questions regarding customer service scenarios. Verified availability for the position you applied for. Read off situations and the outcomes. Then was asked how I could have done something different than the example. How do you handle stress was a main question also.
It was pretty easy. They asked simple questions like “Tell me about yourself and your experience “. They asked my availability and told me a little bit about the position.
