I applied online and was contacted for a phone interview about a week later. The call lasted about 25 minutes and was very basic. I then traveled to a store in Indianapolis for the second interview with the District Manager and an HR Coordinator. They were very relaxed and made the interview comfortable. The district recruiter then called a week later to offer the position

Question 1
The phone questions were more about my previous job experience whereas the face to face interview was more about behavior and interactions with customers/employees. They also asked the standard "Why do you want to work for us?"
Terrible I don’t recommend working for this chain ever terrible work, life, balance, underpaid. Your opinions don’t matter . Managers just don’t want to listen. I don’t recommend this. Simple job though.
Great company to work for. Great bennifits. And great leaders. The training is 3 weeks, currently still in training. Then once you pass you will.go to nother store. A lot of great knowledge is thrown at you.

Tell me.about yourself? They ask for previous experience in handling situations.
Very long and drawn out. Doesn't stay focused on job. Needs a better job interview process . It's a very complicated process and takes WEEKS. I would not want to go through this process again
