They will hire anyone 1.without a criminal record and 2. who can pass their psych test, for which they will tell you there are no right or wrong answers. There are definitely right and wrong answers, it you're trying to get the job, which of course 100% of the people taking the quiz are definitely trying to do. Just make sure that you say you enjoy working with others.

you apply, and then they email you about scheduling for an interview for me it was like a day or two after i had sent in the application and then they schedule an interview like 2 days after you apply and you go
Applied on the companies website for a cashier position. Later a phone call interview with an associate working at the location where information and responsibility was shared. Position offer was emailed along with start date.
