I completed an initial phone interview with HR about my background and education. I heard back 3 days later and was scheduled for a follow up interview with hiring team. Both interviews went very well, the hiring team seemed very enthusiastic since most of the team did not have lean six sigma background and I did. I sent a thank you post interview, never head back from either HR or the hiring team.
